Across multiple sessions, we tested the system with a full range of players. Beginners, veteran GMs, and everyone in between dove headfirst into the world. The result? Unforgettable moments that shaped the game and the setting itself. NPCs were scarred. Players were forced to make hard choices. Some characters survived. Others were not so lucky. Blood was spilled, secrets were uncovered, and the story pushed into unexpected corners of exploration.
We tested faction intrigue, paranoia and shock, first-aid mechanics, and the brutal combat system. Each element held its own. The dice mechanics were solid — no need for major changes there. And the setting thrived under pressure. Players acted on their instincts, often walking straight into traps of their own making. The universe proved it can withstand even the most chaotic player choices.
With Alpha behind us, we’re preparing for the Closed Beta sessions next. More playtesters are signed up, and we’ve got a few clubs eager to kick try their luck. We’re adding some polish to the skill tree, expanded gear and equipment options, testing the next chapters in the starter mission, and continuing to keep it aligned with the world in the books.
