A new diegetic game is in development within the 12th Stefaniak universe. The working title is Unhinged, and it’s scheduled for the first half of 2026. Designed for solo and small-group play, the game continues the series’ contemporary cosmic-horror tone. Close to our world, but never quite right.
Players will uncover, interpret, and expand the underlying mythos of the 12th Stefaniak setting, connecting storylines and deepening the mystery behind its fractured reality.
