We’re happy to announce our involvement in the WeLoveSciFi short story contest for the month of November. There’s a new story that will be published next month, “Esca Mizutara” by Alexander Mharcei. Shortly after the publication, the story will be available for free here on the Arkehlian website as well.

“”Esca Mizutara” (or “The Warden’s House”) is a sci-fi cosmic horror about a female protagonist put in an impossible situation, the need to be more, and the individual’s place in a cosmic ecosystem. This is a story about manifest destiny, new frontiers, courage and dreams.
“This story will add significant characters and elements to my existing multi-book scifi universe. It also expands FTL mechanics and merges some of my cross-genre interests with their challenging stories. Readers may find this as a bit of contemporary period piece, though that too will unfold over time.”
